The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are agreed upon separately with each client.

Fees for IT & AI project work or career consultancy packages are agreed upon before work begins, as outlined in a proposal, quote, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once work has started.

All content on this website — including our logo, branding, and written material — is the property of Consultryx and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of custom deliverables created for a client (such as software or documents) transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Consultryx provides its services on an “as is” basis and makes reasonable efforts to ensure quality and accuracy. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including outcomes of career guidance (such as interview or job offer results) or software performance beyond our reasonable control.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice, subject to the terms of any specific service agreement. Consultryx reserves the right to suspend or discontinue access to our website or services in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
