Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our IT & AI Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality software applications. The candidate should have strong programming and problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of software development principles, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. You will work closely with developers, designers, and other team members to build scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with frontend and/or backend application development
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and third-party API integrations
• Good knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, and best practices
• Experience with debugging, testing, and performance optimization
• Knowledge of responsive web development and modern development frameworks is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines
